About Us
The National Health Committee (NHC) is an independent statutory committee. It is appointed by and reports to the Minister of Health on many health and disability issues.
The committee formulates its advice in consultation with the public sector, health service providers, and the community. It publishes an annual report to the Minister which is tabled in Parliament.
